Estonian Union of Photography Artists (FOKU) is a support platform and representative voice for professional artists primarily engaged in camera-based art.

FOKU was created by 10 artists in 2007 to unite and represent its professional members. Today the union has 50 members.

The association’s goal is to promote and develop contemporary art, increase interest in visual culture, and enhance the recognition of Estonian artists both locally and internationally. FOKU’s most extensive activity is organising Tallinn Photomonth international contemporary art biennial. The biennial looks at developments in art and society in a world mediated by cameras, screens and images. In 2010, FOKU also initiated Estonia’s first art fair – the Estonian Photographic Art Fair, which has since evolved into Foto Tallinn art fair, run together with Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center.
