Reimo Võsa-Tangsoo (b. 1976) is an artist who lives and works in Tallinn. He graduated from the Master of Arts at the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2011. In his works, he often relies on camera-based images. He also uses interactive elements, and the viewer has an important role in creating the meaning of the work of art. Tangsoo’s works mix iconic works of art, language, politics and innovative technologies. Recent projects include ‘Postapocalyptic LOOP’, ‘[ 1 | 2 ]’, ‘Immediate Gratification’, ‘…As close to the bone and to hell with the consequences…’, ‘Test System 1.1 / There’s nothing to see’ and ‘Nostalgia / Desires’.
